Being a Bully is Not What You Should Do

One of the (few) things I’ve learned as I’ve gotten (steadily) older is to surround myself with connections to good, positive people, nurture those connections, and try to leave more of the negativity and bullshit behind. The Positive is kind, restorative, encouraging and makes me feel good. The Negative is too often toxic, energy-sucking and corrosive and makes me feel bad.

Here’s a reminder from my friend Jamie Lynn Morgan (@RustyRiderGirl)  (local good human).
It’s good and you should read it. Or not. I won’t bully you into reading it.

Thank you very much for higher this issue. It’s easy to think that bullying stops with children. Adults actually do bully or get bullied too. I have seen and experienced it.🙏
